Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji karakteristik resistansi antara minuman jeruk murni dan tidak murni. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yakni persiapan alat dan bahan, pengambilan data, dan pengolahan data. Alat yang digunakan adalah gelas ukur dan ohmmeter, sedangkan bahannya adalah minuman jeruk murni dan tidak murni dengan variasi volume 50 ml, 100 ml, dan 150 ml. Pengukuran resistansi minuman jeruk murni dan tidak murni untuk tiap volume diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Data hasil pengukuran dihitung reratanya dan ketidakpastiannya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi bahwa resistansi minuman jeruk murni (104,3 ±1,04) k?, (60,51 ± 0,61) k?, (60,36 ± 0,60) k?, sedangkan resistansi minuman tidak murni (95,63 ± 0,97) k?, (74,86 ± 0,75) k?, (58,83 ± 0,59) k?. Karakteristik resistansi kedua minuman tersebut berbeda satu sama lain, oleh karenanya kedepan dapat dibuat system control kualitas minuman jeruk berdasarkan karakteristik resistansi.

[This research’s purpose is to analyze the charactheristics resistance between pure orange drink and unpure orange drink. This research is done by three steps, which are tools and materials preparing, data collecting and data processing. The tools we use are beaker glass and ohmmeter, then the materials are pure orange drink and unpure orange drink with volume variation by 50 ml, 100 ml, 150 ml. Resistance measuring of pure orange drink and unpure orange drink was repeated three times. The data result of measurement were calculated by its average and its uncertainty. The result of this reasearch giving us information that the resistance of pure orange drink are (104,3 ± 1,04) k?, (60,51 ± 0,61) k?, (60,36 ± 0,60) k? and the resistance of unpure orange drink are (95,63 ±0,97) k?, (74,86 ± 0,75) k?, (58,83 ± 0,59) k?. The resistance characteristics of both drinks are different from one to the other, therefore in the future we can make quality control system of orange drink based on the resistance characteristics.]
