Inventory of Sentono Gentong Nature Tourism Attraction as an Alternative Tourism Visit in Pacitan

Abstract

This study aims to inventory the attractiveness of Sentono Gentong tourist attraction as an alternative tourist visit in Pacitan. The method in this study uses a cross-sectional survey. Data collection techniques in this study used field observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis used in this research is tabulation data analysis and spatial pattern analysis. The results of the study are 1) Sentono Gentong has eight tourist attraction, 2) Accessibility of tourist attractions in the form of the closest distance to the southern cross route, the city centre and the distance of the nearest tourist attraction, 3) Tourist attraction facilities in the form of information centres, security posts, health posts, places of worship, tourist accommodation, food courts, shopping centres, toilets, location plans, and communication networks. This research has tourist attractions, accessibility, and facilities that can be used as recommendations for further researchers and tourism management so that they can then be applied to evaluate the development of sentono gentong tourist attractions for the better.
